Laura W. Ray handles complex commercial and construction litigation with experience in state and federal courts, arbitration, and mediation. Her practice includes a variety of business disputes including breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty claims, franchise litigation, business divorce, state tax litigation, securities litigation, False Claims Act, and accountant liability matters. Her practice also includes appellate matters covering a wide variety of legal issues including complex construction, tax, and matrimonial disputes. 

Laura served as law clerk to Justice Robert J. Callahan of the Connecticut Supreme Court. She began her career as a certified public accountant with Coopers & Lybrand, now known as PwC. Laura is admitted to practice in Connecticut state courts as well as in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut and the Southern District of New York. Additionally, Laura is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Laura graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law, J.D. with high honors and Boston University, B.S.B.A., magna cum laude.
