Abby M. LaRosa is a new associate attorney at Garcia & Milas, P.C.  Having graduated from Western New England University School of Law in Springfield, MA in May 2026. Having been raised in a family engaged in the construction industry, Ms. LaRosa is great addition to the construction law practice at G&M.

Abby passed the July 2026 Connecticut Bar Exam, and will be sworn in as a member on October 30, 2026.
