Lawrence Gallina advises and represents plaintiffs in a variety of litigation matters, including contract disputes, tort claims, and consumer protection issues. He has over 25 years of professional experience in business and government.  

Prior to joining Garcia & Milas, Mr. Gallina accumulated an abundance of litigation experience. He practiced as a plaintiff personal injury attorney in New Haven. He also practiced as an insurance defense attorney with Liberty Mutual representing insured clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and meditations. 

His background also includes experience as a targeting analyst and branch chief for the Central Intelligence Agency where he served until 2016. In this role he led a team that identified specific threats to US interests to preempt potential attacks and disrupt illicit networks. This was done using network analysis techniques and specialized tools. He regularly produced a range of intelligence products that were read by two Presidents, as well as members of Congress, and were widely disseminated to the US Military and law enforcement agencies. 

Mr. Gallina also has experience writing and servicing Government contracts while with the CIA. He drafted documents consistent with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) transactional guidelines. These contracts were for various government programs including technology for overseas posts.
